This policy applies to digital downloads, software, online access, creative files, licences and subscriptions supplied by us.
We do not offer a general try-before-you-buy or change-of-mind guarantee after digital supply has begun. This policy does not restrict mandatory rights provided by consumer law.
Before ordering
Please review the product description, screenshots, included files, licence, access period, system requirements and compatibility before ordering. Contact us before purchase if an important requirement is unclear.
Digital content supplied immediately
A consumer who buys online may have a statutory cancellation period. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, immediate supply may begin only after any express consent and acknowledgement required by law has been obtained. Once supply begins after valid consent and acknowledgement, the consumer may lose the statutory right to cancel for a change of mind.
If the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, the customer keeps any cancellation rights provided by law. The loss of a cancellation right does not remove remedies for content that is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
When we will investigate a remedy
Contact us if:
- the product was not delivered or access was not provided
- a duplicate or incorrect charge was taken
- the files are corrupted or the product has a reproducible technical fault
- the product is materially different from its description or lacks a feature expressly promised at purchase
- the product does not work with a system or format that the listing expressly stated was compatible
- a subscription charge was taken after an effective cancellation or was otherwise unauthorised
- applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right
How we resolve product problems
We may first ask for reasonable information needed to reproduce the issue, such as the product version, device or software version, error message and steps already tried. Where appropriate, we will provide corrected files, restore access, issue an update, repair or replace the product, or explain a supported workaround.
If a repair or replacement is impossible, is not completed within a reasonable time, causes significant inconvenience, or another remedy is required by law, we will provide an appropriate price reduction or refund. A refund may be full or proportionate where only part of the supplied content is affected.
Requests that normally do not qualify
Subject to mandatory rights, we normally do not provide a refund where:
- you changed your mind after digital supply began with the required consent and acknowledgement
- you expected a feature, format or compatibility that was not promised in the product listing
- the disclosed system requirements were not met
- the issue was caused by unsupported software, unauthorised modification, account sharing, misuse or failure to follow supplied instructions
- you no longer need the product, found an alternative or did not use the product
- you purchased the wrong licence and the supplied product works as described; contact us because we may be able to offer a licence upgrade
- you breached the licence or attempted to redistribute, resell or share the product without permission
Subscriptions
You may cancel future subscription renewals using the available Whop account controls, another cancellation control provided with the product, or by contacting us. Unless the product listing or applicable law provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and cancellation stops the next renewal. A cancellation does not normally refund a billing period that has already begun and been supplied.
We will honour any statutory initial or renewal cooling-off period, renewal notice requirement or cancellation right that applies when the subscription contract is entered into or renewed. We will also correct a charge taken after an effective cancellation.
How to request help or a refund
- Email support@broomerrmedia.com from the address used for the order.
- Include the order or transaction reference, product name, purchase date and a concise description of the problem.
- Provide screenshots or technical details where they are reasonably needed to reproduce a fault, but do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary personal data.
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and provide the remedy required by the contract and applicable law.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally processed through Whop or the original payment provider to the original payment method. We will authorise the refund without undue delay and within any statutory deadline. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before starting a chargeback so that we can investigate access, faults or duplicate payments. This request does not limit a lawful right to dispute a payment with your card issuer. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in suspension of product access and the preservation of relevant records.
Business customers
If you buy wholly or mainly for business purposes, consumer cancellation rules may not apply. Your remedies are governed by the contract, the applicable product licence and the law that applies to business transactions. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
